Saponified lard, shea butter, organic coconut oil, castor oil, phthalate-free fragrance, mica soap colorant (may contain titanium, iron, or chromium dioxide), organic raw honey, sodium lactate. Oatmeal & Honey carries colloidal oats in place of the mica colorant. For external use only.
At least 5 ounces (142 g) printed on every label, often a little more. Roughly 2.75" x 2.75" x 1.25", though each bar is hand cut so size varies slightly bar to bar.

The Story
Cold-process soap takes six weeks to cure and there is no way to make that number smaller. You can buy soap that was extruded this morning, and it will be soap, and it will also disappear down the drain in two weeks. The six weeks are what make a bar last.
Melissa makes these in Stevens Point. We met her at a craft fair, which is turning out to be the most reliable supplier directory nobody labeled correctly. Her labels stay on the bars. She was clear about that and we agreed immediately, because it is our rule too.
