By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. We keep them short on purpose, and nothing in them takes away a right the law gives you.
Who you are buying from
The Lumber Outlet Group is a trade name of QUALITYENGINEERAI LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. When you buy here, that is who sells to you. Many of our pieces are made by independent makers, and each page says who.
Orders
Your card is charged at checkout, through Stripe. If we cannot fill an order, or part of one, we tell you and refund what we could not send, in full. A piece marked coming soon cannot be ordered; leaving your email only asks us to tell you when it can.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are added at checkout, before you pay. If a price on the site is plainly wrong, we will tell you before anything ships, and you can pay the right price or have your money back.
We do not mark prices down. Now and then a code takes money off, like the one we send for a photo of you in a Log Off tee. You type a code in at checkout, one code per order, and it is good only on what it says, for as long as it says.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. How long it takes is on the shipping and returns page. If we cannot ship in that time, we write to you before it runs out, and you choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to send a piece back. If it arrived damaged or is not what we described, we pay for the return. The details are on the shipping and returns page.
Reviews
Anyone can write a review of a piece. A review marked verified comes from an email that matches an order for that piece. We read every review before it goes up and we publish good ones and bad ones alike. We turn one down only if it is not about the piece, gives out somebody's personal details, is abusive or obscene, is selling something, or plainly was not written from the writer's own experience. We never pay for a review, never offer anything for one, and never change a reviewer's words.
What is on this site
The words, drawings and photographs here are ours or are used with their owners' permission, and they are not free to reuse. Maker names and marks belong to the makers. How we handle your information is on the privacy page.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
