Shipping

Most orders ship within 7 to 14 business days of purchase. Larger furniture pieces ship via freight and can take longer, since they're scheduled around delivery windows rather than a standard parcel carrier. You'll get tracking information as soon as your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only.

Natural Variation

Root, stump, and live-edge pieces are cut from real wood, so no two are identical. The photo on each product page is a representative example of that piece, not a guarantee of an exact match in grain or shape.

Returns

If a piece arrives damaged or materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Because of natural variation, we can't accept returns based on grain, knots, or shape differing from the product photo.
