Shipping
Shipping is $5.99 an order, and on us once the order reaches $75. A piece that ships free on its own says so on its page; it rides free and does not count toward the $75.
Most orders ship within 7 to 14 business days of purchase: that is when they leave us, not the day they arrive. Larger furniture pieces ship via freight and can take longer, since they’re scheduled around delivery windows rather than a standard parcel carrier. You’ll get tracking information as soon as your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only.
Natural Variation
Root, stump, and live-edge pieces are cut from real wood, so no two are identical. The photo on each product page is a representative example of that piece, not a guarantee of an exact match in grain or shape.
Returns
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return any piece for a full refund to your original payment. Start from our contact page and we’ll send instructions. Return shipping is yours on a change of heart; if a piece arrives damaged or is not what we described, the label and the replacement or refund are ours, along with the apology.
One honest footnote. Grain, knots, and shape varying from the photo is not a defect; on one-of-a-kind pieces the photograph is a representative example, and the variation is the point. You can still return such a piece within the window, you just can’t call it broken.
