The Story
Look at a climber's hands and you can read the season: tape where a pulley complained, calluses filed flat, a split tip that never quite closes.
A machine can solve a route on paper. It cannot take the fall and come back next Saturday anyway.
Two hands, held open, palms up. Hard hands in a soft moment.
