Decide who a toy is for.
Larry can be built exactly the way one was in 1955 -- wood shavings inside, glass eyes on wire, metal pins in his joints. Built that way he is beautiful and he is not allowed to be a child's toy, because all three of those would come loose. Or he can be built the same shape with locking eyes and soft filling. Which one would you make, and who would you make it for?

Fulfilment is what a grown-up calls this station on a resume. It is one of five, it always happens in this order, and skipping it does not save you the work. It only moves the work to a later station where it costs more.
