Bourbon Flight Tray

At some point, comparing bourbons side by side became a hobby. Nobody can say exactly when, but here we are, and it deserves better than three mismatched glasses in a loose triangle. Solid wood, three carved slots, one deliberate line of inquiry.

The tray lends the proceedings a certain seriousness. Pours become flights, opinions become notes, and one of your friends becomes briefly insufferable about mash bills, which is half the fun. Glasses not included. Conclusions not guaranteed. The third pour rarely settles anything, which is why there's always a next flight.
